These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Volario mobile application (the "App"), operated by Maurus Kienmoser ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Assumption of Risk and Disclaimer of Liability

Paragliding is an inherently dangerous activity that can result in severe injury or death.

Volario is provided strictly as a supplementary informational tool. It is NOT a certified aviation instrument. You must not rely solely on this App for navigation, altitude calculation, airspace avoidance, or safety-critical decisions. By using this App, you acknowledge and agree that:

You assume all risks associated with paragliding and the use of this App.
GPS and sensor data may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable.
Maurus Kienmoser and Volario shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, injuries, or death arising from your use of the App.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Volario may offer premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions.

Payments: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store or Google Play Account Settings after purchase. Deleting the App or your Volario account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Refunds: All refunds are handled strictly by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective store policies.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Maurus Kienmoser and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without express permission.

6. Governing Law
